Cleanup services are limited to the time frame estimated to complete the work. We require a minimum of 30 days which begins after we have received all requested information.
Ongoing bookkeeping services are offered on a monthly basis with the ability to cancel at any time provided a 30 day notice has been given.
No, our services are value based so we charge a flat rate based on the services you have requested. No surprise billing! The only time you may be billed for something additional is if you request something outside of the scope of services in your engagement letter and you will be notified at the time of your request.
We will periodically re-evaluate your services to ensure you are billed accurately and fairly based on your bookkeeping needs. We reserve the right to increase (or lower) our billing if necessary based on technology pricing changes or changes to your services.
For ongoing monthly bookkeeping services our current minimum is $300/month.
We have a set method to calculate our fees based on the services requested. As such our fees are non-negotiable.
Yes! For our DIY clients we do offer a quarterly service that is limited to account reviews and reconciliations. You are responsible for entering all data during the quarter and making all corrections.
While we will file your vendor *1099's if needed, we currently do not have staff who are certified for federal/state tax preparation. However, we do have a continutally growing network of contacts and can assist you in finding a CPA/ tax preparer if needed.
We are also happy to coordinate with your CPA/tax preparer periodically throughout the year to help ensure tax time runs smoothly.
*1099 filing is a seperate fee outside of regualar billing and is only provided to clients with whom we provide ongoing monthly services.
We are based in Midway, Ky. As virtual bookkeepers however, we work with clients in various locations and states* so that would be quite the commute!
That said, we have great programs in place so you will be able to get to know us and communicate when necessary, just without us drinking all of the office coffee!

Sorry, but you won't find us at the office Christmas party (unless you just really want to invite us). We are a limited liability company and our services are provided as a vendor not an employee.
Bookkeeping can be quite complex and as such we do not provide training at this time.
Payroll services are provided for ongoing clients only. While we do not provide the services in-house, we do partner with 3rd party payroll providers who manage and are responsible for all payroll tax filings and end of year tax forms. Payroll partners currently include ADP and OnPay.
While we prefer our clients write their own bill payment checks we can work with you to setup a bill pay system that requires the client (or authorized client employee) provide the final approval for payments.
Due to liability, we do not and will never keep or print checks in-house for our clients OR be the final approver for any payment source.
We do provide limited data entry and invoicing services dependant on our client needs. Mailed invoices/statements are an additional and sometimes flucuating fee based on the number of documents and cost of postage.
This is a monthly service only.
